Core Beliefs

Fragrant Offerings Nazarene began in June of 2024 when the Cunningham family accepted the call from the North Alabama district to come restart a church in Decatur. Formerly Decatur 1st Church of the Nazarene, Fragrant Offerings was created to be a fresh place where people can find healing, growth and community by the power of the Holy Spirit.  The road has been hard with many ups and downs but God has still been blessing us even in the hard times. We began Tuesday night Bible study back in August of 2024 and then moved to Sunday nights in November 2024. God has been building up a launch team ever since. We have seen some come and go but some have chosen to remain and help us create a place where people can experience the presence of God. February 22nd 2026 we will launch our Sunday morning services and are so excited to see God move in this place and in our community. We want to be a unique church, a Biblical church, a place where everyone can come and feel loved and welcome. Come and see what God is doing at Fragrant Offerings Naz!
